I was half asleep last night when my wife woke me to show me the package I had received in the mail. My Hitch Cover from Cherokeegeorge! It is great! I got up, got dressed, and went out to see how it looks on the van. I had to run out to the marina this morning and of course had to show everyone there also.
Thanks again George and for all you wondering if you want one - trust me, you do!

Thanks Dave,

About six years ago I wanted to own a Teardrop. My wife and I have always liked things that were a bit more quirky than the norm. I didn't have the interest or patience in building one, so I looked around for a manufactured one. I didn't find anything I liked enough to buy and we ended up purchasing a Northstar Pop-Up Camper. It was great and we really enjoyed it, but my heart was still set on a Teardrop.

Fast forward to five years later...my wife and I purchased a Mini Cooper and I kept thinking how great a Teardrop would look on the back of it. So, once again, back to the Internet and the seach for a Teardrop. I discovered there were more manufacturers and the one we fell in love with was Cary and Craig's Camp-Inn. We placed our order and while waiting for it I discovered this forum. There are so many helpful, interesting tips, friendly people, and lots of great information. Also, I kept looking at that empty receiver on the back of my truck and kept thinking, "How can I let other people know I am a Teardrop owner?"

Being a Pattern Maker, I decided to design a Teardrop hitchover for my truck and when picking up our Camp-Inn, I took some extra to Craig and Cary. Seeing how excited all of us were about this idea, I wondered if others would be interested too. So, I just want to say "thanks" for the support of my little hitchover business. It hasn't been about making a ton of extra money (or even a lot of extra money), this was just an idea to let others know we are Teardrop owners and proud of it!

And once again thanks and congratulations Dave I'm glad tou like it.
