Yea, it was a lot of fun. Never figured to be in the running with mine. Never thought for a minute it would be that popular. I personally voted for yours because you all had so much fun with it. I'm not the sharpest knife in the drawer, so I couldn't participate. Oh well, I can do other things. Congratulations, again, Doug. Enjoy your blanket. :clapping hands: Now go and celebrate! :wine party:

Best thread for 05 were the rants
And Doug Hodder did win it by chance
Now Ira is mad
And he thinks Doug's a cad
But we just felt sorry because of his pants.

Last one, I promise. :?

So how long is Half Time? Aw, never mind. I'll probably have plenty of time. Getting old is the pits. :x

Have a good day.

I wish Doug the best,
He beat all the rest,
with poems that are done to amuse us.

Deserving of praise,
His endearing kind ways,
Not one to ever abuse us!

(Is there someone so naive here as to think that I'm REALLY upset that you won? Or was that just another nasty comment from a grouchy old fart?)
Here we go again!

Hey Doug,

You're welcome for the blanket. Your little poems were quite amusing.
