We kept our himalayan cat "Dalai" at the Vet's while we were out of town. (the Dalai Lama lives in the Himalayas, get it?) She had lots of tangles and knots in her coat so they suggested a "lion cut" to get all the knots out. We had this done before so it was not a suprise. I just can't laugh enough at how this cat looks now. Cheap entertainment value for me.

My wife tells her that she looks pretty and gives me "The look" when I laugh at it. I guess that's her therapy for the cat.

For some reason this cat won't sit still to be brushed. The last himi we had, loved getting brushed.

I've dated a couple of ladies who had that "brand" of cat and one cat like to be brushed and the other would rather I'd have gone to the next door neighbor's cat and brushed IT!
