AC vent fan

I have a 2011 Little Guy Silver Shadow that I'm very happy with. There were 2 previous owners. I suspect the vent fans for the air conditioner are failing as the replacement ac starts running very hot after 30 minutes. Does anyone know where I can get my hands on an owners manual, or other information how to replace this fan? Also, was this model year built with electric brakes?

Crawl under and look at the back of the hubs. If they have brakes, they'll be a set of wires going in.

A friend has a SS and if I recall correctly they said it had an unmarked on/off switch for the fan.
