I got it.
The rubberized fabric is actually shower pan liner and is PVC it comes in 4 ft sheets and you buy it by the foot. Even better because you can attach fitting with PVC solvent (I hope) and make corners too.

The other solution my be to line with pond liner and buy with a friend. I am thinking I may have to go this route with my hinge liner.

Thanks for all the testimonials and brainstorming! Phil was over this a.m. finishing up the fuse box, etc. He looked at the a/c and said he has it figured out ( I wasn't around at the time)

for what it's worth, I found that if the air conditioner isn't drained, it will splash into both the gally and the cabin when move out from your camp site..it wasn't much water, but it was wet.
