Larwyn's suggestions are spot on. Using a fuse panel that has a buss bar on one side is cleaner and has less connections to worry about than using jumpers. It is, however, more expensive. That said, your electrical systems are probably not a good place to cut corners. When considering your build, it might also be wise to leave some extra room for future consideration. So after you make your calculations on what size wire you need to bring from the battery, think about bringing it with one size larger. It's always better to have it and not need than to need it and not have it. Keep asking those questions, we are all here to help. Peace.
