Comparing battery solutions

I would appriciate it if any of you can tell me if

http://www.batteryspace.com/beltbagpowe ... vices.aspx
-or-
http://www.ebay.com/itm/RECHARGEABLE-PO ... 5945198%26

are roughly Analogous to

http://www.cpaptravelbatterypack.com/re ... -pack.html

with the exception of the dc cord for the machine to plug into the battery (I already have one of those)

I get that two are 7a and one is 10, and I "think" (always scary) that means that the 10a one will last longer between charges. There is a > $100 difference between the solutions, but I am very skeptical of "medical" solutions, they ALWAYS cost more than they should.

For those who have helped me in the past, I do have a battery and a kick-tuckus solar setup for the tear, but I am fascinated by these battery solutions and can't seem to shake the idea that a second battery just for my CPAP is a good solution.

thanks in advance

Looks like the only real difference is capacity, and the fact the you can charge the more expensive one from a car battery. I'd go for it if I needed one for a CPAP machine.

The Belt Bag which is a NiMH with 10AH, the Ebay is a led acid 7AH which means 3.5AH if you want it to last, The CPAP is a Li-ion expensive and expensive to replace but fairly fool proof, no memory...
If you will be running it in the trailer why not use the trailer battery.
