at $2 per foot for 18 guage, I'll pass....also, I've seen some reviews when used in home stereo/theater systems, and that stuff apparently does not do anything special for the sound quality. I think finding a way to hide normal wires while building would make much more sense, or using a channel system to route the wires through if nothing else.
