Scott posted the link. I had trouble finding it too. Yes a 14/3 is only 15 amp. That is what I use but I had the blue cord so it wouldn't get stiff in Winter. The Blue is $24 for basically the same thing.

I have picked up a number of 12ga cords from our good friends at Harbor Freight.
They have a 12 ga 25ft for $14
