What I have found out;

This receptacle is off an early airstream, I think.
30 amp
Brand;Theo Bargman
part #60-0-3
The connector is not common (if only I had known before purchasing)

What I need;
The female connector that goes on the end of my 30a cord, and plugs into it.
any clues were to look.

I have googled bargman 60-0-3
and searched ebay for airstream power.

Pic i found on the net, a cleaner version of mine

Obsolete, most have been changed out to marinco's

Is the reason for not using, because it is old and obsolete, or something else?

They are just a straight push, not a twist lock
They didn't stay engaged well when they were new, when worn problematic for staying plugged in
" IF "you find a good condition one, most likley will pay dearly for it

I would have changed out the recepticle you have just due to the amount of rust on the wire screws and spades.
Poor connections tend to heat up, seen many plugs melted right down from being in that condition
