
One would cut the cords and splice in the power poles so the devices could be use ether way.

Me too (sort of); I first encountered Anderson power poles when my son and I were racing 1/10 and 1/12 scale electric RC cars in the mid eighties. I believe they were named different too. Probably just a re-brand, repackage with a price premium being paid because they were R/C accessories. We just cleared out the attic a couple of weeks ago and put a box full of old lexan bodies in the trash. Too much stuff that was just old...

Since I got 2000 ah lithium batteries I need the bigger stuff and never get outa there for under $200 bucks, think I even hit $600 once.![]()
