Air conditioner built in tongue box

I am planing my trailer buid. My first trailer had a window AC unit and the noise was bad. In this new build I am thinking about a remote unit built into a box in front of the trailer that has sound insulating rubber ducting to the trailer and rubber bushings between the box and trailer frame. I purchased a 5,000 btu unit today and will start experimentation with it.

I like the simple flat front of this AC unit. Easier to build from. I have a general profile for my testing.

The cold air vent, made out of rubber will pass into the trailer to a baffle built into the wall. This baffle will direct the cold are up and hopefully help to reduce the sound coming into the cabin.
