So it looks like you have traditional flooded lead acid batteries. The photo of the charge controller had it set for sealed batteries. I suggest you modify the settings to match your battery. Different styles need to be treated differently by the charge controller to get a decent life.

Coupla things to try:
1) You seem to have two batteries in parallel? Disconnect this and try using one battery at a time. You may find you have one good, one crook battery.
2) The good news is, they are flooded lead acid, so you can check them more easily.

Charge one battery until your renogy controller indicates 100%.
Check specific gravity of each cell. 1.265 @ 80F I reckon.
Now leave the plugs out of the cells, put on safety glasses, and connect a large load. Something that'll draw lots of amps - but not a dead short. Automotive starter motor would be good.
Hit the switch on the load, and watch the cells. If you have a crook cell, it very likely will fizz like a warm can of soda does when you pop the lid.

Repeat on the second battery. If you do find a cell that fizzes under load - it has had the Royal Order of the Pork Sword, take it to the recycling centre.
If one battery is cactus cafuktii it will drag the other battery down to its level in a parallel installation and make it look like both of them have gone walkabout.
