Found these, they look like they're thinner then the standart household outlets. It looks like the wire is fed from the top/bottom rather than at the back, and then the plastic back snaps on to hold the wire.

....yep, that is what they do...we used 'em on the Alligator Tear...real nice since they don't require a box for installation...just don't cut your hole too large...............

I saw them on eBay, but I already have some regular one's I plan on using (in the front cabinet and rear storage; where I have the room for them)

Here's the item # 4643919729; and they also say they only ship within the US. So even if I didn't have some; I wouldn't be able to get some of these......

A manufactured home company called Homes of Merit used wall outlets and switches like those years ago. They attached to paneling by swing arms operated by screws in the face plate. I saw a simular outlet a few years ago at the now defunk Scotty's. They were listed as remodeling outlets.
