You all are running in much smaller and better insulated spaces than I. We have a small buddy heater that we have used a few times once below 30°F and only n the evening before bed and in the am to pre-heat. Above that we just hope the other will get up and start coffee. Just running the gas stove is enough to put us in the comfortable zone. You folks I'd think would be opening a window!

Camped in Big Bend we hit 21°F and I was happy I had put out the Buddy Heater to warm the camper in the am. After two hours of it running in the morning we shut it down due to how much heat. It was still below 32°F outside at that time.

I have not yet tested my 3 candle lantern as a pre-heat before bed, though I think it would work nicely. May even do the trick in the am.. If it would work in my rig, then you folks would be opening a window to release heat!

Really doesn't take much to heat a TD or TT!! :thumbsup:

I bought my Dickinson new for $999... I didn't want a cheap heater.
