I know, I know. :D I have plans for that too. Hey Bruce, you are VERY local to me. I'm actually in Littleton too. If you're ever in the mood to show off your toy, I'd love to see it. You crammed a lot of crap into a TTT. I'm planning something quite a bit simpler, but still outfitted to be comfy on rainy days.

Any one who has ever sided a shingled house has planed out the surface with 1/4" fan fold blue foam board. It simply lays over the high points and planes out the surface so you can side without the irregularities telegraphing thru. I had a heaved surface on the covered 3 season front porch on my house that had cracked do the setteling. To avoid the 1000's of dollars to tear out and repour the entire porch I simply added 3/4 foam to the surface and protected it with 3/4 tongue and grove osb and then indoor/ outdoor carpet. The foam will compress in the pressure points and remain full in the other areas. The added benefit of having warmer floors is nice too.

And yes it will weather forever !
Growing older but not up !

Someone mentioned using floor base board trim, its viny or rubber. She mentioned it was the perfect size. Orange store. Probably not the technical name, but, will get you in the proper dept. Mike

I drilled holes in the 2 x 4 s for the top of the bolts and cut off a little on the edge where the bolts were. instead of building up adding more, I just took off a little.
