The bed frame is welded. 13" radial tires. Thinking about getting this for BUB. Does anyone know the measurements from the front to mid axle? Or the clearance from the frame to the tire? BUB is actuall almost 62" wide.

Is there something wrong with the trailer under BUB now? Did I miss (...or forget :? ) something?

BUB is a torsion box. The axle end is good. The tongue end, not so much. The other issue is the bottom is solely fiberglass over foam, which is why I have an issue with the tongue. One option I'm looking at is an ultra light A frame. But I found the LoadStar and it is not that much more than having an A frame welded and powder coated. My current TV can handle whatever I wish to throw at it, so weight is no longer an issue.

In an email from the company, I learned that teardrops have been built on the frame. Still plotting. Have all the stuff to finish, if the weather would break just a bit. Sigh.

There is a brand of trailer called Carson. I've seen dealers on Craigslist selling a trailer that looks very much like this, but without the ramp/gate, and with a wood floor instead of mesh, for $547. And no assembly or titling hassles required!
