I keep meaning to draw up some sets of plans for trailer frames that folk could take to a fabrication/welding shop and say "make me this".

The thing that stops me is that there are just so many variables required - for example, should the frame for a 5ft wide body be 60" wide or 58" wide (so the sides can overhang the frame).

And then we get the "how long should a tongue be?" discussion.
