northerm tool trailer listed in the tutorial

I was searching out diffrent ideas and read through the tutorial and noticed ther was a trailer listed at northern tool so I flipped over and checked it out it lists for 199 without wheels for the 4x8 model. We have a 4x8 model trailer now so we went and layed in the bed of it and were comfortable especialy since it is bigger than our tent LOL(we use it for the motorcycle). My question is how much will a basic 4x8 TD weigh. We dont plan on putting any xtras in it other than wiring for 110 and a battery for the 12v. All our other camping gear is stand alone from our tent days. The main purpose is just the sleeping area and a small basic hatch area to set the stove and prepare food. The trailer is rated at a bit over 900 lbs will this be enough, and does anyone know the tire options for this trailer ie; 8 in 12 in????

Russell, I believe that 8s and 12s and maybe even 13s are available for them...I would keep the build under 600#s (very doable) as this will give you a 50% cushion(300#s) which is recommended for best longevity and ride.......
