Rocky,

I do have to add a gusset or two for bolting down the floor. I thought I'd just use some 2x2 angle but those gussets look pretty nice.

That is a great looking frame and excellent welds for a first time welder. What brand and model of welder are you using? I can't quite tell from your pics. :thumbsup:

Its a Millermatic 140Auto Mig. It really is a nice welder, you just set the metal thickness and it sets the wire speed.

Wow, I had to get another bottle of gas today. I'll have to watch that pressure regulator a little more closely than I have been. I had it set a little higher than the instructions said...

Been making some slow progress on the tricky stuff:

I've got the taillights mounted, supports to bolt the trailer body to and brackets for trailer wiring smurf pipe. I've also got the propane tank holder built as well as supports and mounting points for the tongue box. I've also got the tongue box about half done. Oh and I welded on the break away chains. That was kind of tricky welding, I hope its strong enough. Just need to finalize the propane piping locations and I'll be ready to prime and paint.
