I'm no expert, but most trailer suppy places call small rim sizes either
'4 on 4', or '5 on 4.5', ect. with the first number being the # of bolt holes, and the second number being the diameter of the Bolt Circle.

Like 4 (lugs) on 4(bolt circle)
i.e. 4 ON 4


The 4 bolt rims should be easy to measure with the holes being directly across from each other.

If it's for the HF Mini that you and I both built on..... it's a 4 on 4 pattern. 4 lugs on 4" diameter. The 12" wheels have a 2.75" hub diameter (not sure about the 8"). The standard 12" @ Northern Tools were a compatible replacement for the HF's.
