Frame Support

Hi:

Can't remember the exact name - the frame support piece that you turn and it extends to the ground. My daughter turned the wrong way and now when I turn to make it go down it just spins. Is there a way to fix this without taking it off the camper? Thank you.

I think you're talking about the handle on top of the tongue jack? I can't help you, but I'm sure someone here can.
