Here's a pic of the drawing I made (so far) for my trailer frame.

Let me know what you think. There are still some details to work out, but "the bones" are there.

Here's a pic of the molded radii I put in the front corners of my main frame rails. These will match the 3/4 inch radius of the wall to roof joint (rounded edge foamie).
