Hubcaps for these wheels?

I bought these wheels at an auction, just wanted one for the spare and ended up with 3 wheels and some plastic shuters for $15. These wheels appear to be able to acept some kind of hubcap, they have 3 nubs inside the raised ring around the center, any thoughts on where I might look or what I would look for as far as hubcaps? They aslo appear to be reversible as they have the hubcap ring on both sides.

The wheels won't be reversable as they have an indent for the nuts to sit in,these indents are at a set angle and the nuts sit in them and are locked (so to speak)in place by being tight against the sides as well as snugged up to the bottom.
can you find out what the wheels came from in the first place and what diameter are they??

The wheel without a tire is marked DW & H 12x4, 4 66, the wheel with a tire is marked General Tire & Rubber Co. D.C. Size 12 x 4. They are 12inch wheels. Never thought of hubcap mike.
