Harbor Freight trailer

Went to HF today and they were out of the 1740 lb. trailers ( mod.94564 ). They said they have some 1800 lb. trailers with 12" tires ( mod. 40597). Does any one know anything about this model? It is not on there web sight.Thanks for your help.
