Is it just me or are others having a hard time getting HF to send a flyer or catalogs. I've filled out the online request several times in the past 3 months. The only thing I got was flooded with junk mail. But never recieved anything from HF. Called them 3 times and was told each time in 6 to 8 weeks I would start getting them. Nadda Zero Zip
Just sent an email to customer service. Perhaps that will help...not going to hold my breath though...I give up
