Your local steel supplier would be a good place to start. Use a 3500# axle with those tires.

...agreed...build a custom frame since those tires will not fit on a HF, NT, TSC or RT trailer without a spacer or some other axle extension to get clearance between frame and tires...also, if you are going to tow offroad, the 3500# axle with 2000# springs(or lighter) is the way to go........

J92, on the last frame, steel was 120bucks and axle(Dexter TorqFlex) was another 170...this does not include tires, wheel, fenders, lights, coupler, ect. With spacers and/or a massive offset, you MIGHT get the wheel/tire combo to fit...the one problem I see, safety wise, is those axles(on the cheaper store bought frames) are not designed for the "unsprung" weight that those tire/wheel combos represent...not saying it wouldn't work, I would just have concerns about them...I think(???) that the HF axle would be suspect, since it is made from a stamped "U" channel...I am not positive but I think(???) that the Red Trailer uses a Dexter, full tube type axle and would be better suited to your needs......

To fit 33's on a trailer frame and match it to your Jeep, you'll best be betting on looking at the M416. If you are wanting something that tall and have a Jeep figure to it, look at the backend of the CJ7 or Wrangler tub. The frame, suspension and axle will be too heavy so look at using long leafs with a 3500# axle. You could also get a parking brake with the axle.
