Red Trailer TD chassis

I was considering a project using the Red Trailer Teardrop trailer ( 5 X 10). It looks like the right size for me and reasonable priced.

Q's:

Anyone used one?

Can the axle be easily moved if necessary?

Can the axle be mounted above the spring for a lower ride?

Anyone used one?several people have I am not one
Can the axle be easily moved if necessary?the bolt together trailer seams easy enough, but the welded frames, well they require welding to move

Can the axle be mounted above the spring for a lower ride?yes but the spring perches may need to be reworked. The axle can not be turned upside down, the bow has to go up.
