What does everyone think of this trailer?

Postby djdawg » Sun Nov 18, 2012 12:55 pm

I found this trailer for sale....not too far from me. I'm betting I could get it for less. I will write them and ask about tires....is there anything else I should ask? My plan was to build a TD or maybe a small standie...would this be acceptable? Thanks everyone!

Yeah I wasn't really thinking much about the appliances....however the sink might be worth something....even having a sink bowl to work from would be nice. I was wanting something wider than the typical 4 ft because maybe I might find another girlfriend someday....ha ha....and 4' wide is just too small for sleeping two....heck it's too small for me!

Hmmm.....looking at the pic closer it looks like it's up on a cinder block....which means it's missing the front/third wheel - or whatever is the official name for it....

From the pics, it looks like a few D.O. stands in their too !!!!!!!!!!!

I would only offer the least they would take for it.

Dutch ovens. Another thing many of us find go together with teardrops. Like coleman stuff!

The satellite dishes (upside down at the front of the trailer) are used as a base for cast iron dutch ovens. The satellite dishes are attached to foldable walkers (yes, the kind that are used to help injured or disabled people walk). BobHenry has made a number of these dutch oven holders.

Here's one of BobHenry's pictures of his satellite dish D.O. holders:
