Old coupler

Has any one seen a coupler like this? It arrived on an old pick up bed trailer.104418

Yep.... There is supposed to be a hand wheel to tighten the bolt to pull a "lip" (or tab) on underside of the coupler to clamp the ball.... The hand wheel is missing on one in pic....

There was another version that had a lever and a eccentric that when pressed down the eccentric pulled the bolt up to tighten lip under ball...

Which ever system it was, some parts are long gone as you can tell....
