You spent $12 for a seal that didn't work, a few bucks in gas (say $5), and an hour (at minimum wage about $10) for a total of (conservatively) $27 and didn't get a single seal that fit.
Or, you can sit in your easy chair, order 10 seals which is probably a lifetime supply so you never have to waste your time buying seals again, shipped to your door for about $31 (I checked your zip code in Texas).
Seems like a "no brainer" to me.
That said, I know I'm not normal but I think I'm what normal (at least in some respects) ought to be.
