great info for a utility trailer, not very useful for building a tear. My tear is built on a 4x8 carry-on no floor trailer, they stopped making the no floor trailer, now it comes with a floor and rails, all useless for tear building, they add expense and need to be removed before you can build a real tear.
a cheapo harbor freight trailer for $300 will take care of the average tear build.
