Hi all, I'm a new member and new to the TD community! Starting to build my very first TD build and have come to my first hurdle. I've searched the forum and there were lots of good posts but wasn't able to find anything relevant.
I may be overthinking this (as with everything I build) but was wondering about my axle placement especially for those who have built the Wyoming Woody or Tony Latham's design. The trailer I'm using is a 5x8 folding trailer (https://www.htstrailers.com/ ) and I wanted to know for those who have built the the mentioned TD, did you end up leaving the the axle in the factory location? If so, did you find towing it with any issues? I'm really not sure what to expect but if I can avoid having to move the axle back if possible as it looks like the spring mounts acts as a frame stiffener for the two halves. TIA!!

That axle will need to be moved to the rear for towing stability and door access.
