Newbie with MCS

Postby expatrefilioque » Sun Jun 16, 2013 11:14 am

Hello!

I have Multiple Chemical Sensitivity and will be looking into a teardrop for living quarters. I will be next to a home, so will have access to shower but will make my own food.

We went to look at RVs and it was terrible, and that is when I heard of teardrops. There are others with MCS who use these and I am wondering what makes if anyone in here has MCS?

I am looking into a co. from Wisconsin and the LittleGuys are near me, but I hear they use a lot of carpet. I need something with as little as possible in way of material that is reactive. I do best with just metal, but we saw a Livin Lite camper that is all metal and even my mother was gagging and she does not have MCS!

Anyone else in same boat? I am glad to see this forum! :)

I can not speak for them, but I would assume if you called lil guy and talked to them I would think they could make one with no carpet.

What about one build like how this guy build his. Aluminum, Plywood, 1 inch blue foam insulation and tape to stop drafts and water.
