Hello all, I'm getting ready to build on a Carson 6x10 trailer already in my possession. Not sure what style I'm going to go for I like "Doug Hodder's Kamp King" a lot.

Ok, My handle is 41ford, reason why, I own a 1941 Ford that is a driver and I do. Living small a long the Colorado river in Az. The wife and I have retired and share our place with our two English Springer Spaniel's. I apologise for not introducing myself previously in a proper manor.

Thanks, I know you aren't aware but this is a family most of us meet and greet and go camping with the tearjerkers and some other glamping groups . We are not like some of the other forums we help each other out when we can sharing knowledge and sometimes backbone heart and love. so I did not mean to sound sarcastic It that just like to know a little about our new members, now that I know you are married your wife interested in camping or is your new hobby (tnttt) building just your thing? If she is interested we would love to hear from her on the Lady Teardroppers part of the forum.

Thanks for the comeback, over the years we have camped in the dirt , pickup shell camp, small trailer (factory built) camp, toy-hauler camp, pulled a Bush-Tec behind a Harley camped, even horse camped. Now, not so much, wife has a bad back so she lets me venture out and about. I am trying to make this new built trailer wife friendly (my wife to be exact).

Welcome, your avatar got me thinking (sometimes it's a good thing) a steampunk trailer theme would be really cool. Is that a direction you are thinking about?
