Newbie from Ohio!

Hi!Me and my husband just found out about these campers and are excited to try to build one!!After reading through a TON here,we are going 'THAT IS GENIUS!!' and thankfully,hubby has access to tools and materials!So hopefully,soon we will have a something to take on trips and camping with our 2 little guys!Just wanted to say HI! And I hope to be showing off a TD or TTT soon(6 months??,is that realistic?) So glad to have found you guys!

I wouldn't put a timeline on it. I did and someone told me you don't know about teardrop time. I do now. I started to design mine and was hoping with in that month to start building and have it done with in the year. Well I am on month 3 and still on the design. I'm hoping to start with in the next 2 months. Good luck on yours.

we are thinking of planning as we go

we bought the trailer today and DH is going to paint it at work(he's a welder/fabricator)

we aren't going to put a time on it,but hope to have it done by next fall for a trip we want to take!

Possible? Yes. Grab an existing design and go.
I'm using a bunch of time reinventing the wheel.
