Hello all. I found this site while searching Google for Teardrop Clubs and Rally's.

I only started tent camping in my mid-40's. I decided that I loved it. It allows me to go anywhere and take my dog with me. About a year and a half ago, after a very cold tent camping experience, I decided that hard walls and a heater would be a bit more preferable to shivering in the tent. I purchased a 4x8 teardrop trailer from a mom and pop business in Wisconsin. Since driving out there and picking up my teardrop in April 2013, I've put about 4000 miles on her. Just recently got back from a trip on the Shenandoah Parkway and the Blue Ridge Parkway. (Beautiful scenery.)

I look forward to reading all of your posts and getting new ideas. I, also, hope to meet some of you at future teardrop or tiny trailer rally's.

Well welcome to the crazy world of the teardroppers.

It's not to early to start thinking ( and saving) for the Crossroads of America gathering in the summer of 2015. It will roll around before you know it.
140+ trailers from 35 to 40 states and Canada too. It is a total immersion into all things teardropping. Plan on joining us here in Indiana.

Thanks Bobhenry. That's the reason I joined the page. I'm interested in meeting other people with teardrops or tiny campers and see how they do things that could help me. I never heard of that rally before, and am very interested. Eventually my goal is to visit every state in this beautiful country of ours.
