I'm new to this site and trying to maneuver through this forum. I live in Shreveport with my baby Crown, Ida Louise. Excited to hear about the Cypresswood Gathering at Lake Bisteneau State Park. Would love to know more about the event and other campers in the area. terry

did not see it on the camp gathering for your state.

enter your state in the search site above good chance you find others from there. maybe even your town!!

My tiny camper is a Crown ~1950. A friend found it in Arkansas. Had to be rebuilt from the frame up because the walls collapsed just outside of Shreveport. He used the pieces as templates, restored the original door and windows. Beautiful camper, 11 ft base. Will post pics when I can figure out how. Looking forward to Lake Bistineau

Welcome! I go to the third section down on the home page. That is gatherings and camp outs. Then South Central, which includes La. ( I learn new things about/on this forum almost every day) That might help you finding events close to you. The wife and I will be at lake Bisteneau, maybe we will see you then. Dave (coyote)
