Noob from India

Hi all,

I have been lurking around for some time (I guess thats how all of us joined eh). Camping/TD culture is absent in India. Road and traffic condition is the culprit. Even then, there are some places where camping in a TD/Trailer may be attempted. To build a camper has been a childhood dream. My father was in the army and had a Military RV as the commanding officer. Maybe that's where the idea came from. I am so glad i found you guys. I may never venture out camping with my (future) build but just want to build one for my lil princess . Even if it is for backyard camping .

Welcome, that's exactly how I got here! Google military teardrop trailer. (Not very computer savy here) probably not exactly "princess" material, but gosh, I love the way it looks. (The one with the big star). Post pics as ya go! Coyote

welcome to the forum ! So glad to have you on board. You will find lots of good ideas and helpful teardrop folks here. Please keep us posted as to your progress . It would also be interesting if you could keep us informed as to teardrops in India. I have never visited India but from pictures I have seen and info from people I know who have been there the folks in your country are very resourceful. I bet there is more going on in the world of teardrops there than you might imagine ? Lee
