Getting the right aluminum

Hi all. I am to the point in my build where I need to track down my skin aluminum. Unfortunately, I don't know much about it. Advise on thickness, grade, even where I might look, would be appreciated. In particular I'd like to know what grade I should be looking for,3003? 5052? 6061? Thanks.
