Hello all. I joined to learn about making a teardrop as I am planning on making a 2plus2 high side. I'm hoping this can be my winter project. If anyone has built or has the specs (weight, tools, costs, ect) of the 2plus2 I would love to talk.

Welcome to the forum. I have been on here for 3 years and have never heard of a 2 plus 2 does it go by another term or is that just what you call it? I do miss a lot sometimes. I built a Foamie. It really works well for me and I am thinking about another one. Good luck in building.

Thank you Mary C. I'm still trying to figure out the posting/replying of this website. The other names I have seen are 2+2 and 2&2. It is the design of having a kid's bed above the legs of the main bed. I first found the plans here http://www.angib.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/t ... tear47.htm. But I have found them on this site by rxsamar and Wolfgang92025. I am currently in the planning and pricing stage to get my wife's approval.
