looking in jersey

jersey here,i want to convert a cargo trailer,only prob is I cant find one in the jersey area for my budget of 3k,im looking for a 6 by 12,only place I found is in Virginia proline cargo trailers ,I can get one insulated ,and a pwr pkg for around 3k,but I hear a lot of horror stories about how they are made. idk,any suggestions?
