Compact builder??

Update:
I chose to coat the bottom with the asphalt fence post paint after seeing another builder use it. It seemed so easy.
After several coats of the asphalt fence post paint, I'm A little disappointed in how it soaked in. Next time I will try "the mix".
I managed to flip the floor right side up and picked up my canvas.
Walls are glued and ready to go. Well, the front wall seam needs some extra work. I thought I could kerf the front wall but apparently I was too aggressive and my board snapped. Last night trimmed the front board to the right angle and glued it back together with Great Stuff. Man that GS is messy! I think I will stick with the GG unless there is another large gap I have to fill. I have to figure out how to clean up that joint.

Well, I planned on canvassing my walls yesterday but realized I messed up my windows, so I redid them.
I also tried trimming my canvas to size and realized it has several seams. For some reason I thought it was seamless. So I'll be cutting out the seams so I can have it lay as flat as possible with about a 4" overlap.
At least I figured out how I can get both panels to dry at 1 time once I am able to canvas the sides.

One step closer....
After work I sanded and vacuumed one of my sides. Then I put on a strip of canvas. I started with TB2 deluded about 30%. But that seemed really thin so I added glue to the mix until it seemed thick enough to spread smoothly.

I gave more overhang than I needed. But for my first try, I'd rather have too much than not enough.

I'm at the stage where I am starting to put in the electrical system and I must admit I am getting frustrated. I've read several posts on TnTTT but I just don't get it.
The plan is for a solar system to charge the battery, but what goes between the battery & the coffee pot and other items.

My build was made with a 1/8" plywood sandwich with3/4" Styrofoam as the "meat". A 4x8' piece of 1/8" plywood weighs approximately 9 lbs. Figuring 36 lbs for the two sides (9 lbs x4) and another roughly 20 lbs for the front and back 5' wide plywood walls; plus, let's say...a generous 30 lbs for the roofing system plywood adds up to only 86 lbs of that 1,127 lbs.

I am easily drifted to another project;
