I'm new here. (who would have guessed?) new to ttt camping .I'm based in Byng, Ok. ,retired and living the good life. We have a 6x9 OkSchooner and have camped in it a few times. Just got back from a mid week trip down to Lake Murray, Elephant rock campground. Pretty nice place , that .
I'm very interested in meeting other teardrop campers. I'm going to be camping at Lake Thunderbird September 21-25th. Any interested parties are welcome to join me there. I don't have a spot yet, but would like to get some replies and generate a little interest. It looks like they have done a lot of improvements through a new price increase across the State Parks System. I'd like to

If you would like to camp and kick back , give me a shout. I'd like to develop it into a gathering and reserve some spots for just us. But I need to know how much interest .

I'm not in your area, but check out Tearjerkers forum (Forum.tearjerkers.net). There is an Oklahoma (Sooner State) chapter. It is not currently active, but looking for a director! Also there are a number of groups/chapters that also have Facebook pages.

Yeah that Tearjerkers Forum is just about DEAD. No one has commented on my request for a reply to a gathering in Sept 21 - 25th except Genepaul. And Gene doesn't have his camper finished.
