New From US Interested in Mid-Term Living Solution

Hello all! Just wanted to introduce myself. I'm Em, from the middle of the US. I surfed into this place after several years of researching, reading, and watching videos on campers, RVs, van life, builds, etc. I've concluded that a homemade camper or trailer using PMF might meet my needs (maybe both!_. I am interested in building something that might work as a temporary living space for two adults, and then would be used recreationally after that.

So far, I've narrowed my options to a small pull behind trailer or building a truckbed camper. Currently working on designs the old-fashioned pencil and paper way. It's coming slowly because I am definitely not an artist or a designer.

I hope I can get some great insights and advice here. Maybe I'll learn enough to contribute something to the community too.
