just wanted to say hi and am intrested in building a teardrop for short weekends. Just finished building a small boat and they had a link to here from their forum and after reading have been bitten by the bug. Do most of you have plans or just use your own design? Ihave a couple of boat trailers i could use for the frame so thats no problem.
If you dont start, you,ll never get finished! http://s224.photobucket.com/albums/dd170/RonBonner/

Welcome Ron,

As far as teardrop design goes, there are free designs on the forum, or some people listen to the voices in their heads and design their own. Or some go out and buy one. It's up to you. Just figure out what you want to do and go for it. The people here love to answer questions and when you start your build be sure and post pictures.

 I sorta had some design help and mine loosely resembles the Benroy. Have fun and spend lots of time in the Hall of Fame as well as the other build forums.

Enjoy and :pictures: :pictures: :pictures:
