Hi Benny, welcome to the place where you can get answers to help you with your build. You might want to reconsider the use of MDO on your floor, my experience with that stuff has been less than wonderful. I think you would be happier with plywood, it's stronger and probably almost the same price. Good luck on your build. Oh, take progresss pics and post em, we love pics.

to the playground Benny. Most of us understand budget. The trick it to pace it out and hit the salvage places. Look for bargains everywhere.

Picture: First you need to resize them to a max 850 width. I make mine no wider than 500 to 600 pixels. Next hit the upload button and browse for the picture.

posting pictures is as simple as clicking on the picture in your album then, left click on the addy (url) and copy. Over to the post and click on Img above, paste and "close tags".

Good luck cause we love em and they keep the bubble oil level. 8)

Welcome Benny,

Hope you enjoy the forum. On budgets, what's that? You mean people are like me and have no money. All of my money is tied up in debt.
Anyway, have fun, ask lots of questions and post pictures of your build as you go.

See you around.

Good to have another Texan in the South Central Group... In the aircraft business myself, but unfortunately... not ready to retire just yet. Your build will be an experience in budget manipulation, so just go with the flow, take your time and when the time comes to stop and think "what the hell am I doing".... just mix a cold one and reflect! I'm trying to beat the clock for the Louisiana gathering the end of October... Down the home stretch but still a long way to go.

Welcome!

Congrats on your new project... No worries about how fast you build. Most folks 'round here are on "teardrop time". and... Old dogs learnin new tricks is what this forum is all about, I think.
