Just wanted to say Hi before i go back to looking at designs and getting Ideas for an Off Road Tear or TTT
We're looking to get out of tents and into a hard side, But I don't want a full blown RV or trailer. I'd seen some Teardrops before and was intreauged by them. The only small travel trailers I was aware of was a Scamp. I spent alot of time "Camping" in 26'-30'+ travel trailers growing up they were nice, but not what I want. Too much hassle, too much aggravation and too much cost! along with the minor detail of them being bigger than my Bronco and will not fit down the trail LOL
I'm looking for something that will fit 3, 2 Adults and a Teenager, Along with a Shepherd or a Husky. Possibly be able to fit a Freedom 17 cedar Strip Canoe on top. The only other requirement I was given was it has to have a Loo. Others may be added as we refine the goal and settle on a design and size
I like the look of Mikes ET along with a few in the Hall of Fame that have me thinking and rethinking.

Hi and welcome. I used a tent for years but love our teardrop. We have a shower/pottie tent that sets up next to the tear and works great for showers, loo (as you put it) and changing clothes. It is about 5x5not sure how tall but it works great

to the playground Jim. If you have found the Hall of Fame and Mike's ET you are well on your way. Just remember there are no dumb questions, unless I ask them, and to keep the bubble oil level with lots of :pictures: :pictures: :pictures:

Enjoy
