Hi all,
I have been obsessed with this site for a few weeks now and decided to chime in. Im building my own Tear for my two little girls and I to get away this summer while the wife is in school for her Masters Degree. Thanks in advance for all the great information and forthcoming help.

Good for you Seth, building a teardrop to take your kids on a travel trip in the good ol' USA. My kids thought that all families planned and took a yearly trip to various sceinic locations, like we did. Then they later found that some had never been on a road trip, let alone, go camping in the out of doors.

Welcome to the forum, good luck on your build. Perhaps in your travels you will be able to swing by and check out some teardrop gatherings in your neck of the woods. Posting some pics of your build would help us all know the results of your efforts.

Seth,

YAY! another teardropper in Colorado!!!! how old are the kiddo's? I have an 11 year old granddaughter that camps with me all over the country. We have some terrific people in the Colorado area and try to camp together often over the summer....

Love to get to know you! Look forward to watching your build!
