Brought the Trailer Home Today

I took the trip North to bring home the "New to Us" Hunter Fat Shadow purchased from pgwilli. Paul showed me all of the ins and outs one more time, we hooked it up to the new hitch on the Subaru, and it followed me home.

Paul and Norma have loved it gently and cared for it well - nice people, too! Meg was in the driveway before I got the car into reverse. I think she might be as excited about it as I am. We are busy planning new adventures for ourselves!

Thanks to all for the advice and help found on this list!

Mark & Meg, congratulations :applause: you got a nice teardrop, we've camped next to it. Hope to see you at the Carnation WA gathering the weekend of July 4th. :) Danny

Did Paul show you the "teardroppers handshake"? Have fun with your new toy, take it out and play often! Doug

This is my second summer with a Hunter LongShadow. I put 8000 miles on it last year and have been to 3 gatherings this year as well as short trips into the Utah mountains. I pull with a Subaru Impreza Outback and get an average of about 24 mpg. The Hunter works well and you should really enjoy it-I am very happy to be pulling one of them.

Thanks, everyone. We're really happy to have found it. The trailer pulled very easily for the 200 miles home. Effortless!
